Delivery Policy

All orders made before 1pm will be posted same day and conform to the Royal Mail delivery times for First Class, Special Delivery and Airsure Delivery. Please refer to www.royalmail.com.

UK Delivery

Delivery by Royal Mail First Class is free within the UK. RehabLondon does not guarantee delivery unless the customer has added the Special Delivery option. Please note that the Channel Islands is a VAT-free zone - to ensure VAT is not charged, when you register please select the country as Channel Islands not United Kingdom.

Outside the UK

All deliveries are sent with Royal Mail Airsure All orders can be tracked and a signature will be required on delivery. Please include Airsure option for delivery. Delivery does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee.

EU Delivery

Delivery is charged at: 1 product: £2.00 2 products: £3.00 3 products: £4.00 4+ products:£5.00 + Airsure £4.20

Canada, US, Japan Australia and New Zealand

VAT is not charged on deliveries to USA and Canada. The UK 17.5% VAT is automatically deducted from the price. Delivery is charged at: 1 product: £3.00 2 products: £5.00 3 products: £7.00 4+ products:£9.00 + Airsure £4.20

Cancellation Policy

The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing, whether by letter (a proof of postage certificate or even recorded delivery would be wise) or you can fax or e-mail. If item has been delivered then it must be returned under RehabLondon Return Policy.

Return Policy

When returning items please include your details and the reason for the return. Please ensure that any returned items are properly packed. Refunds will only be given if items are returned unopened and unused in original packaging. We will refund your purchase within seven working days of receiving the goods.
